  • If Bridge Mentoring CIC or significantly all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it will be one of the transferred assets.

  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Bridge Mentoring CIC, our clients or companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Bridge Mentoring CIC will not retain data for long than is necessary. In situations where it is necessary will depend on circumstance based on each unique case. 

 

Bridge Mentoring CIC will consider the reasons why the data was obtained, but determined in a manner that is consistent with Bridge Mentoring CIC’s data retention guidelines. 

 

No data will be retained if subject to a ‘Right to Erasure’ request. 

In other circumstances such as: legally meeting the regulatory requirements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, and to enforce our terms and conditions, would be appropriate examples whereby circumstances permit temporary holding of data. 

 

This may be the case even after Bridge Mentoring CIC has ceased providing  services to you.

  • Processing necessary to enter into contract, or for the performance of a contract with you. 

Making a Complaint

If you need to make a complaint you may do so in writing by emailing admin@bridgementoring.co.uk
